2008 Drawing for the Virginia Regional Festival of FLIGHT
A Drawing to benefit the Virginia Council of EAA Chapters, Inc, a 501 c (3), a not-for profit organization. The drawing helps support the Annual Virginia Regional Festival of FLIGHT to bring an educational and fun-filled weekend to aviation enthusiasts and their families in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Drawing Rules
There are two drawings. One is for the following items with this order of drawing:
- Sporty's DVD "Takeoffs and Landings"
- Sporty's DVD " Pilot's Guide to Runway Safety"
- one of two Aircraft Spruce $25 Gift Certificates
- David Clark H10-13.4 Headset,
- Lowrance 2000C GPS
The second drawing is for a Tiger Moth Pedal Plane.
You may order the tickets by sending an email to r.fowler "at" charter.net, sending a written request 2008 Fly-in Drawing, 15017 Mill Swamp Road, Smithfield, VA 23430, or call Dale Fowler at 757-876-0978.
Purchased tickets must be received at the above address not later than June 13 or be brought to the fly-in Main Registration tent no later than 2 PM on June 15, 2008.
Tickets cost $2.00 each or three for $5.00.
Tickets will also be sold at several sites on the airport during the fly-in on June 14 and 15.
ONLY official drawing coupons will be accepted. No machine and/or electronic correspondence will be accepted.
No responsibility will be assumed for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or postage due entries.
Winning entries will be selected at Suffolk Executive Airport on June 15, 2008, at approximately 3 PM. Decision of the judges is final. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified by mail and the name published on our web site.
The drawing is open to all and each entry has an equal chance of winning. The Sweepstakes will begin when the first entry is received.
The Virginia Aviation Council is a charitable, IRS 501 c(3) organization and contributions are always welcome. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.
The odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received.
No substitutions or cash alternative will be offered.
Entry constitutes permission to use the winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes without compensation.
The Virginia Aviation Council reserved the right to amend and interpret these rules.
